Damaged or non-functioning products may be returned for refund or exchange, withing 30 days of receipt of order. We will do our best to make the customer satisfied. If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately so that we can determine whether a credit or replacement in in order. We will provide you with instructions on returning and/ or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. You may report a lost broken or missing item by clicking on the "contact Us" link on our site or by phone.If product is to be replaced, damaged merchandise must be returned to seller, before new item will be shipped out. Customer will not be required to pay shipping for the new item. However the return of the damged item is at the customer's expense. This charge may be refunded after receipt and inspection, by us, of the damaged merchandise. If damage is to easily replaceable parts, ie: shades, harps or finials, a replacement item may be available to be sent to the customer at no extra cost.. Damaged merchadise, through no cause of the customer, will either be repaired or replaced. Returns of longer than 30 days will not be accepted in any case..
Returns for non-fective, non-broken items must be within 30 day. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on these items. Returns CANNOT be accepted after 30 days.
