Shipping & Handling

We ship UPS ground. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. If you want expedited shipping we also offer UPS 2nd Day Air. (These orders are shipped 2nd Day Air once the order is fully processed- total time 4-10 business days)  Orders are shipped direct from the warehouse, unless you have ordered "PVC Lamps by YourLampman" (these are shipped direct from us and will be shipped within five days of order date, Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery of these items, as they are manufactured by us as ordered.) Shipping and handling rates are competitive. Orders of $350.00 or more will include FREE shipping. (Note Free Shipping Orders will ship by regular UPS to addresses in the continental US only) We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but be advised these shipments may cost a bit more. We do not ship internationally, or via third party shippers.

 Our lamps are quality products, checked out before they are shipped to You the customer. Lamps manufactured by outside companies are guaranteed to be checked for serviceablility before they are shipped from the manufacturer. Lamps Manufactured by us, (PVC Lamps by YourLampMan) are checked by us for workmanship, and against damage before shipping to customer. Please check to make sure that all parts are retrieved from the packaging before discarding the packaging. We strive to make You the customer happy satisfied and in the Light! Thank You!

Return Policy

Damaged or non-functioning products may be returned for refund or exchange, withing 30 days of receipt of order.  We will do our best to make the customer satisfied. If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately so that we can determine whether a credit or replacement in in order. We will provide you with instructions on returning and/  or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. You may report a lost broken or missing item by clicking on the "contact Us" link on our site or by phone.If product is to be replaced, damaged merchandise must be returned to seller, before new item will be shipped out. Customer will not be required to pay shipping for the new item. However the return of the damaged item is at the customer's expense. This charge may be refunded after receipt and inspection, by us, of the damaged merchandise. If damage is to easily replaceable parts, ie: shades, harps or finials, a replacement item may  be available to be sent to the customer at no extra cost.. Damaged merchadise, through no cause of the customer,  will either be repaired or replaced. Returns of longer than 30 days will not be accepted in any case..

 

Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be within 30 day. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on these items. Returns CANNOT be accepted after 30 days.
